What the numbers mean
Monthly property fee is the fee per square metre times the gross building area, plus the car-park fee.
Yearly property fee is the monthly figure multiplied by twelve.
Net internal area is the gross area minus the shared area, and the fee per m² of net area shows the true cost per usable square metre.
The shared-area ratio is the shared area divided by the gross area.
Tips
