How to Use the Rent Value Score

How the score is built
Price score compares your rent per m² with the local benchmark: paying below the benchmark scores higher, above it scores lower. Leave the benchmark empty for a neutral score.
Commute score falls as the commute gets longer; a short trip scores highest.
Amenities score comes from your 1-5 rating.
The overall score weights price 50%, commute 30% and amenities 20%.
Tips
The score is a prompt for comparison, not a verdict. If you barely use public transport, raise the price weight in your head; if the commute is the main pain point, lean on the commute score.
