Work out what a rental deposit should return when you move out. Enter the deposit and list each deduction on its own line, then see the total deducted, the amount to be refunded and any deduction that goes beyond the deposit. These results are approximations for general information only, not a quote or legal advice, and a deposit is governed by your tenancy agreement and local law, so check both before you move money.

How to Use the Deposit Settlement Calculator
Enter the deposit you paid, then list each deduction on its own line as Item | Amount. Press Calculate to see the total deducted and the amount a landlord would return if only those deductions applied.
What the numbers mean
Total deducted is the sum of the deduction lines you enter.
Amount to be refunded is the deposit minus the total deducted, never below zero.
If the deductions add up to more than the deposit, the excess row shows how far they go beyond it.
Tips
Deductions should be itemised and reasonable, and normal wear and tear is usually not chargeable. Keep your check-in inventory and photos so you can query anything you disagree with before settling.
